How the XiaoMuBiao™ System Works

A standardized 4-step workflow that any crew member can follow — every time, every shift.

Clean the Hoses

After every use, hoses should be cleaned to remove debris, contaminants, and residue. This is standard fire service practice and is done before loading into the XiaoMuBiao™ system.

  • Remove all debris and dirt from hose exterior
  • Flush hose interior with clean water
  • Inspect for damage, abrasion, or coupling issues
  • Tag any hoses requiring repair before loading

Load into Stations

Feed the hose ends into the drying and rolling stations. The system accepts DN40–DN90 hose diameters. One operator can load multiple stations in sequence.

  • Load multiple stations simultaneously for maximum efficiency
  • System accepts hoses up to 20 m in length

Dry & Roll in Parallel

All loaded stations operate simultaneously. Air circulation through the station dries the hose while the independent motor rolls it — approximately 45 seconds per hose.

  • Independent motors: one failure never stops other stations
  • Consistent rolling tension for uniform hose packs

Remove & Re-Rack

Remove the rolled hoses from the stations and return them to the apparatus or storage rack. The station is immediately ready for the next batch.
